Refund policy

Things to note :

No Refunds 

  • Please note that fulfillment times may be longer on restock days due to high volume of orders.

  • Allow 2-7 business days for regular orders to be processed.

  • Allow 5-15 business days for large restock day orders to be processed.

  • Shipping estimates ie. DHL 1-2 DAY Express begin once the order is processed and scanned by the shipping company.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, custom products (special orders or personalized items)

Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges

  • Exchanges accepted within 7 days of receipt. The customer will ship the item & we will ship the new item back upon review. Email us with subject line “Exchange” at hello@wura.co

  • Shipping costs including duties and taxes will be paid by customer.

  • Once we receive your item, we will process the exchange .
